In addition to having a large fleet and an experienced operations staff, Mayflower maintains a trade show field service program which provides show site support throughout the United States. Mayflower's on-site representatives have been carefully selected from our trade show drivers as well as from the staffs of exhibit houses and installation/dismantling companies.

Mayflower's trade show field service representatives live in and represent the major show cities. They are present on the show floor and in the marshalling yards during the important move-in periods of major shows. Because they are assigned specific territories, these representatives have a solid rapport with drayage company personnel and understand convention center practices. Their knowledge and familiarity go a long way in helping exhibitors ease their way in and out of show halls.
