Another major component of the team that makes us the Premier Trade Show Carrier are our highly trained and experienced customer service "trade show coordinators". These individuals work closely with the sales rep and the client in coordinating every trade show shipment. Their responsibilities include monitoring every shipment to ensure it is assigned and dispatched to a driver in a timely basis. They also monitor the driver's in transit progress while communicating with planners, dispatchers, sales reps, customer's and the drivers to solve any problems which may occur.

The coordinator also communicates with drayage companies to confirm the pickup or delivery schedule for each booth entrusted to them. They will also communicate with Mayflower's on site Field Service Reps to verify drivers presence and communicate any last minute changes.

This helps reduce the stress of the client, who at the last moment may have to re-route 3 or 4 items to different destinations. It is important that the channels of communication are there to successfully handle any and all changes.
