W. J. Donovan, Inc. severs its relationship with Greyhound Van Lines and becomes an agent for Mayflower Transit, Inc.
1972:
Bill Donovan, Sr. is the catalyst, on behalf of the agents, in working with Mayflower to establish a separate operation within the Mayflower system, to exclusively handle third proviso shipments. Thus, Mayflower's "Electronics & Trade Show" division was formed.
1975:
Upon the death of her husband, Maude Donovan assumes the presidency of the company.
